A very professional company. From the initial contact to the very last, our interaction was fantastic. We made a large move, two provinces over, everything arrived in one piece. We will use BigSteelBox again and would recommend the company to anyone making a long or short move.
I was doing a long distance move with a two week period where I had no place to call my own. I looked for moving companies and then checked with big steel box. The most appropriate for me was the big steel box. I did not regret it one bit. The agent who arranged the truck and container for me was incredibly helpful and the drivers on both ends were incredibly courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company if you are doing this type of move.
We had multiple boxes delivered and picked up then moved to our new place and delivered there over the span of a month. The drivers were super courteous and dropped the boxes on a dime and left the place pretty much like it was never there. All of our belongings arrived in great shape and earlier than expected on at least one or two of the deliveries. Overal a great experience and made the big move work well. Thanks Big Steel Box!
